Job Summary
The Senior Systems Engineer will become an integral member of the systems engineering team, tasked with the orchestration of innovative and dependable solutions. This role involves leveraging engineering expertise to enhance system capabilities and ensure optimal performance. The position is based in Duluth, Minnesota, and requires a commitment to onsite work.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced system designs.
- Ensure the reliability and efficiency of existing systems while introducing enhancements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support team members in project execution.
- Evaluate and integrate innovative technologies to improve system functionalities.
- Document design processes, system configurations, and engineering analysis to maintain thorough records.
Qualifications
- Possession of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an engineering design role or approximately 5+ years of technical expertise in a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software interfaces.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
