Job description
**Job Title: Product Talent Acquisition Specialist**
Design and implement innovative strategies aimed at attracting and securing premier Product professionals while overseeing the entire recruitment process. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify specific role needs and leverage data analytics to enhance both recruitment results and the candidate journey. A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive recruiting experience with an emphasis on Product positions in technology startups is required. Applicants should have a solid understanding of the San Francisco Bay Area talent market and be skilled in utilizing contemporary recruitment platforms such as Greenhouse.
