Job description
**Job Title: UX Research Lead**
Take charge of comprehensive qualitative and quantitative UX research to identify the needs of educators and convert those insights into sophisticated web designs and interactive prototypes. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that the research outcomes inform the development of user-friendly, accessible, and production-ready educational data platforms. Candidates should possess over 7 years of professional experience in UX research, interface design, or a similar domain, accompanied by either a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Proficiency in Figma, contemporary UI design, and a robust understanding of K-12 educational workflows and accessibility standards are required.
