**Job Title: Workforce Forecasting Specialist**
The Workforce Forecasting Specialist will be responsible for creating and sustaining both short-term and long-term forecasts for the workforce, effectively converting business needs into practical staffing and capacity strategies. This role will involve collaboration with various departments such as Operations, Finance, and Training to pinpoint capacity challenges and deliver recommendations based on data analysis. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of three years in workforce management, capacity planning, or relevant analytics. Proficiency in Verint and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are critical, while familiarity with Power BI and financial forecasting will be viewed as advantageous.
