The Sentinel ESI Systems Engineer Manager 2 role based in Huntsville, Alabama, offers an exciting opportunity to engage with groundbreaking systems that significantly enhance the lives of individuals. We are actively searching for two experienced candidates to join our Integration and Test (SEIT) Business Unit, where they will play a crucial role in the development and management of innovative engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for systems engineering applications within the Integration and Test business unit.
- Oversee and contribute to projects related to ICBM systems (such as MMIII or Sentinel) and other intricate aerospace and defense systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and testing of engineering solutions.
- Support initiatives that drive advancements in system capabilities and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in systems engineering, specifically within integration and testing environments.
- Background in ICBM systems or complex aerospace and defense projects is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide engineering teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in systems approaches to complex challenges.
