Job Summary
The role involves spearheading the development of the Agentic Issue Resolution (AIR) platform, aimed at automating the investigation of production issues through the use of AI agents. As a leader, you will guide a team of AI specialists and evaluation engineers, collaborating with various cross-functional teams to uphold the platform’s reliability and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the creation of the AIR platform to facilitate automated production issue investigations.
- Lead a dedicated team of AI and evaluation engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the system remains reliable and scalable.
- Utilize AI technologies to enhance platform efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in developing production software platforms.
- Practical expertise with large language models and agent orchestration.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, Go, or Java.
