**Service Advisor**
The Service Advisor serves as the main point of contact for customers and service technicians, overseeing the complete repair order journey from the initial check-in to the final delivery. Key responsibilities include articulating maintenance requirements, offering precise cost estimates, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities, along with a professional demeanor focused on customer service. While experience in the automotive field is desirable, candidates with backgrounds in sales or hospitality will also be regarded as qualified.
