**Job Title: Service Manager**
The Service Manager is tasked with delivering timely and courteous customer service while overseeing and organizing store operations to guarantee smooth functionality. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, training team members, supervising inventory levels, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and store policies. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates who have at least two years of relevant experience. This position also demands the capability to undertake medium physical tasks, such as lifting items up to 50 pounds, and requires strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
