The Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative will focus on identifying, qualifying, and securing preventive maintenance contracts within a designated commercial area. This role includes performing facility evaluations, building a robust sales pipeline, and acting as a dedicated partner for clients to foster account development and loyalty. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales within the commercial HVAC sector or similar building systems. Essential qualifications include familiarity with CRM software, excellent communication abilities, and a valid driver’s license.
