Job description
**Service Supervisor**
The Service Supervisor is responsible for managing all mechanical and technical assistance for the property, ensuring adherence to standards for building functionality, safety, and aesthetics. This role includes leading the maintenance team, overseeing work order processes, managing relationships with vendors, and controlling the maintenance budget. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in property maintenance management or a supervisory capacity, along with robust technical expertise in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, as well as the ability to obtain necessary certifications such as EPA refrigerant recycling and Pool & Spa Operator.
