Operate sewing machines and related fixtures and tooling to assemble textile materials into finished products while meeting efficiency and quality standards. Interpret technical instructions, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, and keep the workspace clean and organized. The role requires the ability to follow written and technical instructions, perform sewing tasks accurately, and use hands to manipulate items for extended periods. Candidates must be able to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and sitting, standing, walking, bending, or kneeling for up to eight hours; overtime may be required.
