Job Summary
The Integrations Team Lead will oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring the effective management of the product backlog while fostering the professional growth of team members. This position involves actively participating in technical tasks such as conducting code reviews and developing integrations for the Boltline ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Integrations team, managing the entire software development lifecycle.
- Oversee the product backlog to prioritize and organize development tasks.
- Support individual career development within the team.
- Engage in hands-on technical work, including code reviews.
- Develop integrations that are essential for the Boltline ecosystem.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in professional software development.
- Strong background in Software as a Service (SaaS) systems.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for managing complex product requirements.
- Ability to oversee projects from design to production effectively.
