This position also involves the management of cellar operations, ensuring the cleanliness of the brewery, and providing support in packaging activities such as kegging and canning. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of professional experience in brewing or cellar work. The role necessitates the capability to perform physically challenging tasks, work with hazardous substances, and uphold rigorous safety and quality protocols.
