Job description

Job Summary

The Shift Brewer is responsible for overseeing and executing brewing operations while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining production schedules and consistency in the brewing process, working collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the brewing process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
  • Monitor fermentation and conditioning processes to maintain product quality.
  • Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to optimize performance.
  • Implement safety and sanitation protocols throughout the brewing facility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute production schedules.
  • Train and guide staff on best practices in brewing operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in brewing or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of brewing processes and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
