Job description
The Shift Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring that the facility remains clean and secure while delivering exceptional customer service to members. This position requires leading emergency responses, performing facility inspections, and helping members with their use of fitness equipment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and maintain current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED, or be prepared to obtain these certifications shortly after being hired. Experience in a supervisory role is advantageous for this position.
