**Job Title: Housing Supervisor**
The Housing Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of 20-40 assembly technicians to guarantee efficient production and the high-quality fabrication of precision aluminum housing components. Key duties include delivering technical training, overseeing scheduling, and fostering smooth communication between engineering and management teams. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, the ability to read blueprints, and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles are essential.
