Job description
**Shift Lead**
The Shift Lead plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in the management of daily restaurant operations. This includes supervising staff and maintaining the facility. Key responsibilities encompass inventory control, evaluating labor and sales data, and upholding exceptional levels of customer service and food quality. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a strong preference for candidates with a restaurant background. The position demands a leader who can inspire a team, set a positive example, and be willing to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
