**Therapy Aide**
The Therapy Aide plays a key role in assisting licensed clinicians by organizing treatment areas, ensuring equipment is in working order, and providing support to patients during their therapy sessions. Additionally, they perform administrative duties, such as welcoming patients and managing phone calls to facilitate efficient clinic operations. Applicants should have a minimum of a High School diploma or GED and must be available consistently throughout the year. The position requires the ability to engage with a wide range of patient demographics, including infants and young children, as well as a readiness to assist with aquatic therapy in a swimming pool setting.
