**Tenant Improvement Superintendent**
The Tenant Improvement Superintendent will oversee a variety of commercial construction projects simultaneously, guaranteeing adherence to both company guidelines and local regulations. This role involves coordinating subcontractor schedules, managing inspections, and working closely with tenants and property managers to ensure successful project completion. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial tenant improvement management and be proficient in interpreting construction drawings. A high school diploma or GED is a prerequisite, alongside a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance.
