Job description
**Job Title: Shift Leader**
The Shift Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of the bakery, which includes overseeing baking, packaging, and cash handling while guiding the team to deliver exceptional service to guests. This role involves assigning tasks, mentoring team members, and upholding safety and cleanliness regulations throughout the shift. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a customer-oriented role and must be at least 18 years of age. Essential skills include strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, in addition to the capability to carry out physical tasks, such as lifting up to 40 lbs.
