Job description
**Job Title: Shift Leader**
The Shift Leader oversees the operations of the bakery, which encompasses baking, packaging, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include mentoring the team, managing cash operations, and upholding the store’s hygiene and food safety standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a customer-oriented setting and be at least 18 years old. Essential skills include effective communication, leadership abilities, and problem-solving capabilities, as well as the capability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
