The Researcher I will handle the processing of background applications for pre-employment purposes, which encompasses examining criminal history, civil cases, and conducting drug tests. This role involves gathering and evaluating information from multiple sources to guarantee precise and compliant screening results for clients. Applicants should possess experience in either customer service or research, as well as strong skills in MS Office and online research. A high school diploma is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree and prior experience in background screening or the legal field are highly favored.
