Job description
The Shift Leader plays a key role in guiding team members to uphold operational excellence and deliver outstanding guest service during their shift. This position involves managing inventory, overseeing cash handling processes, and ensuring compliance with food safety and security protocols. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old and have prior leadership experience in a retail, restaurant, or hospitality setting. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, alongside fundamental computer skills and the capability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
