**Admissions Coordinator**
The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the patient intake process, which includes performing pre-screenings, confirming insurance coverage, and securing necessary authorizations. This role also involves maintaining effective communication with families and the interdisciplinary team within the hospital to ensure a smooth transition into care. Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree being advantageous. This position requires 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare field, familiarity with medical terminology, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
