**Shift Leader**
The Shift Leader plays a pivotal role in assisting the management team by mentoring staff, guaranteeing top-notch food preparation, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include managing cash transactions, overseeing daily store operations, and upholding rigorous cleanliness and sanitation protocols. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification and have a minimum of one year of experience in a quick-service restaurant environment. A Serve Safe Food Handler certification is mandatory, along with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
