Job description
The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in guiding restaurant shifts, maintaining exceptional levels of customer service, and supervising team effectiveness. This position also encompasses the management of daily operations, which includes ensuring food safety, overseeing inventory management, and maintaining the facility. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year’s experience in the restaurant or retail sector, with preference given to those who have previously held a shift leadership role. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age, have dependable transportation, and be able to perform physical duties, including the ability to lift items weighing up to 45 lbs.
