Job description
**Job Title: Food Safety and Quality Manager**
The Food Safety and Quality Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance at the dairy manufacturing facility. This position entails leading audits, performing microbiological testing, overseeing employee training programs, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Manufacturing, or a similar discipline. A solid understanding of food safety regulations, quality systems, and relevant certifications such as HACCP or PCQI is strongly advisable.
