Job description
The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in guiding the team, guaranteeing prompt and precise service, and upholding exceptional standards of hygiene and food safety. This position requires a proactive approach, where the manager actively engages in all crew member roles while overseeing the shift and enhancing the restaurant’s performance. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma. A background of 1-2 years in leadership is mandatory.
