Job description
**Shift Manager**
The Shift Manager plays a key role in guiding team members, maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction, and managing the daily operations of the restaurant, which includes upholding food safety and quality standards. This position also supports the General Manager in areas such as inventory management, workforce supervision, and staff training to enhance business performance. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in the restaurant or retail sectors, with a strong preference for individuals who have held a shift lead position for at least three months. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and exhibit excellent communication and leadership abilities.
