Job description
**Job Title: Supervisor of Telecommunications**
In this role, the supervisor will lead, mentor, and advise telephone operators to guarantee exceptional customer service delivery. The supervisor will also oversee both voice and wireless communication systems for the medical center personnel, ensuring that all calls are processed efficiently. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED along with a minimum of three years of experience in telecommunications or a similar field. Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable for this position.
