Job Summary
The Shift Manager is tasked with supervising the daily operations of rubber manufacturing. This role involves comprehensive oversight of production planning, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety regulations. The Shift Manager will lead a team comprised of supervisors and technicians, focusing on enhancing plant efficiency and overseeing budget management within the department.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily production processes and workflows in the rubber manufacturing facility.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product standards are met.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead and coordinate a team of supervisors and technicians to optimize plant performance.
- Oversee the management of departmental budgets effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the rubber manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in rubber processing and quality management systems.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
