The Shift Manager is responsible for leading and developing the store team while ensuring high standards of product quality and sanitation. They will also manage daily operations, including interviewing and hiring processes to maintain a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid US driver’s license, a safe driving record, and a dependable vehicle with insurance. At least one year of driving experience is required, and 1-2 years of management experience is preferred.
