Job Summary
The Shift Miller is responsible for overseeing the operations of the mill, ensuring that equipment is functioning correctly, optimizing yields, and maintaining the quality of the finished products. This role includes conducting laboratory analyses and potentially supervising hourly milling staff, all while adhering to safety and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee mill operations to ensure efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least one year of experience as an assistant miller or in a related milling role.
- Proficiency in computer usage for operational tasks.
- Strong mechanical skills for diagnosing and resolving production-related issues.
