The Shift Supervisor plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, crafting food and beverages, and ensuring the cleanliness of the store. This position involves overseeing shift responsibilities, managing inventory, and facilitating seamless operations for both guests and team members. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality, with a preference for those who have held supervisory roles. Applicants are expected to be dependable, timely, and available to work a minimum of 28 hours per week, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
