**Client Service Representative**
The Client Service Representative is responsible for delivering warm and professional assistance at the clinic’s front desk. This role involves managing appointment scheduling and informing clients about their pets’ health requirements. Additionally, the representative will handle data entry with precision, manage payment transactions, and ensure the clinic remains a tidy and safe space for both animals and personnel. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service within a dynamic setting. A valid driver’s license is necessary, as well as the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
