**Commercial Banking Analyst Team Leader**
The Commercial Banking Analyst Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of analysts who provide essential support to Middle Market Banking teams in areas such as prospecting, deal execution, and client service. This role also involves collaborating with management on talent development, resource management, and supervising the analyst training program. Applicants should possess a college degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, particularly in leadership or project management roles. A solid understanding of commercial banking products, credit analysis skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential for this position.
