Job description
The Shift Supervisor is tasked with guiding the restaurant team to uphold exceptional levels of customer satisfaction, food safety, and quality. This role encompasses daily operational management, such as overseeing inventory, maintaining cash control, training team members, and addressing customer issues. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year’s experience in the restaurant or retail sector, with a strong preference for those who have previously held a shift leader position. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age, have dependable transportation, and be able to perform physical duties, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
