**Job Title: Support Services Representative**
The Support Services Representative is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative functions related to card and ATM services, encompassing error resolution, fraud detection, and member assistance. This role necessitates adherence to banking regulations, the upkeep of system documentation, and collaboration with vendors for the maintenance of hardware and software. Applicants should possess an Associate’s degree or comparable experience, with a background of 2 to 5 years in back-office operations within a financial institution. Expertise in card processing systems, knowledge of Regulation E, and a keen attention to detail are essential qualifications.
