**Shift Supervisor in Charge of Training**
The Shift Supervisor in Charge of Training is responsible for overseeing security monitoring, facilitating training initiatives, and ensuring that facility operations align with contractual obligations. Key duties include supervising resident movements, performing safety audits, and keeping precise records of all shift-related activities. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, coupled with a minimum of one year of experience in the reentry or correctional sector. Furthermore, candidates must have at least one year of supervisory experience and be able to successfully pass a federal background check while being available to work various shifts.
