**Job Title: Director of Health Professions Advising**
The Director of Health Professions Advising is responsible for offering strategic direction in health professions advising while overseeing operations, finances, and personnel to enhance student success. This role includes coordinating support for application cycles, leading the advising committee, and acting as the key contact with graduate programs and professional organizations. Applicants should possess at least a bachelor’s degree, with a master’s degree being highly preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in academic or career advising. A strong understanding of health career pathways, exceptional communication skills, and a proven dedication to promoting educational equity are essential for this position.
