Job description
**Shift Supervisor**
The Shift Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the store by guiding team members and ensuring the preparation of food and beverages meets high standards. This role includes responsibilities for upholding safety protocols within the store, managing cash transactions, and creating a friendly atmosphere for customers. Applicants should possess a minimum of six months of customer service experience, along with six months of experience in task delegation among staff. The position entails working flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
