Job description
The Shift Supervisor is in charge of guiding the coffeehouse team to ensure exceptional service and uphold the standards of store operations. This role includes mentoring team members, overseeing food and beverage preparation, and fostering a friendly atmosphere for customers. Candidates should possess a minimum of six months of experience in customer service as well as six months of experience in overseeing the delegation of tasks among staff. Flexibility is essential, as applicants must be willing to work varied hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
