The Player Marketing Director will spearhead the marketing strategy aimed at players within the Fortnite ecosystem, overseeing campaigns designed to enhance awareness, boost engagement, and improve retention. This position entails developing a marketing approach that is strongly rooted in data, mentoring a team of managers, and presenting marketing strategies to executive leadership. Applicants should possess over 8 years of marketing experience, particularly in player, lifecycle, or growth marketing for live products. Candidates must have robust quantitative skills, familiarity with multi-title ecosystem strategies, and outstanding communication skills for executive interactions.
