Job Summary
The Site Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing the daily operations of the site and field to guarantee the provision of safe, efficient, and high-quality services. This role is crucial in driving operational success, which encompasses revenue enhancement, financial planning, and the professional development of field staff.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily site and field operations to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.
- Ensure quality service delivery across all operational aspects.
- Manage operational performance metrics, focusing on revenue growth and overall budgeting.
- Forecast operational needs and prepare necessary resources accordingly.
- Oversee the training and development of field personnel to enhance their skills.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in operations within the industrial services sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related field.
- Robust technical understanding of industrial maintenance practices.
- Proven success in managing P&L responsibilities and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
