**Site Program Manager**
The Site Program Manager is accountable for all elements of the on-site educational program, focusing on safety, operational effectiveness, and adherence to program standards. This role involves overseeing staff, managing financial resources for the site, and cultivating strong connections with school partners, students, and their families. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or G.E.D., with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree. This position demands 1-3 years of experience in education or youth programming, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
