Job Summary
The role focuses on enhancing the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of production systems operating in both cloud and isolated environments. This includes managing observability, automation, incident response, and operational methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to ensure system observability, automation, and incident management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, infrastructure, and security.
- Analyze and resolve system issues while planning for capacity and establishing standards for reliability.
- Enhance system resilience through continuous improvement practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years of experience with observability platforms.
- Proficient in Linux administration and networking fundamentals within AWS environments.
- Experienced in Python automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Knowledge of Kubernetes operations.
- Must possess a TS/SCI clearance, along with a high school diploma or GED.
- CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
