**Site Review Project Manager**
The Site Review Project Manager oversees subdivision plats, development concept permits, and site construction permits to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards. This role requires collaboration with both internal and external agencies to streamline project approvals and maintain quality assurance for private development initiatives. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, such as engineering, construction management, or land planning, accompanied by four years of experience in development project management. Preferred candidates will have specific expertise in evaluating subdivision plans and managing project reviews in conjunction with various agencies.
