**Job Title: Supervisor**
The supervisor oversees the daily functions, personnel, and activities associated with children’s ski lessons, prioritizing safety and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves training, coaching, and mentoring the instructional staff to uphold operational standards and ensure accountability for performance. Applicants should possess a high school diploma and a minimum of two years of experience within a PSIA/AASI member school. Additionally, a PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification is required, along with advanced skiing abilities and expertise in Microsoft Office.
