**Job Title: Reliability Engineering Leader**
The Reliability Engineering Leader will develop and expand a top-tier team tasked with creating and implementing reliability strategies, standards, and governance throughout the commercial HVAC product offerings. This role involves collaborating across different functions to integrate best practices in reliability into product design, validation, and lifecycle management, aiming to minimize field failures and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal applicant will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, along with extensive leadership experience in the areas of reliability, quality, or product engineering. A strong command of reliability methodologies, complex systems, and the capability to convert technical risks into informed business decisions is essential.
