Job description
The SMT Operator is tasked with managing stencil printers, placement machines, and reflow ovens to achieve production goals. Responsibilities also include executing line changeovers, inspecting board assemblies, and ensuring a tidy, efficient workspace. Applicants should possess a high school diploma along with fundamental math and computer abilities. Experience in a manufacturing setting, particularly with machinery operation, is advantageous.
