**SOC Operator**
The SOC Operator is responsible for supervising alarms, video monitoring, and AI-driven detection systems to recognize and assess security incidents as they occur. This role also involves managing multi-channel dispatch operations and keeping thorough records of incidents to uphold operational excellence. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a valid guard card. Essential skills include expertise in security surveillance software, operational knowledge of radio and telephone communication devices, and the capacity to function effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
